How To Setup A WhatsApp Broadcast
A step-by-step process of how to set up a WhatsApp broadcast on Serlzo.
Access Serlzo
Visit Serlzo and navigate to the login page at app.serlzohq.com. If you're new to Serlzo, kindly sign up first.
Navigate to Broadcast
Click on the Automation menu and select Broadcast from the dropdown, then select the Create Broadcast button.
Configure the campaign
Fill in the campaign name and the WhatsApp sender (Personal or Business), then click Next Step.
Select recipients
Choose which contacts receive your broadcast, and use filters to narrow down who on the list should get it. Click Next Step to continue.
Schedule and test
Choose when you want the broadcast to go out, then click Send test broadcast. Enter a test number and click Send Test Message to verify everything works before the full send.
