Cookie Policy
Last updated: 11 July 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Serlzo LLC and its affiliated entities, collectively referred to as “Serlzo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, use cookies and similar technologies when you access or use: serlzo.com; serlzo.site; serlzo.me; Serlzo websites, dashboards, products, and services; the Serlzo mobile application; and pages, funnels, forms, storefronts, communities, checkout pages, and other digital experiences created or hosted using Serlzo. This Cookie Policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other device when you visit or use an online service.
Cookies allow websites and applications to recognise a device, remember information about a visit, maintain a user session, understand how a service is used, improve performance, support payments, provide customer support, and deliver or measure advertising.
We may also use technologies that perform similar functions, including pixels, tags, software development kits, local storage, device identifiers, tracking links, scripts, and web beacons.
2. Who does this policy apply to?
This Cookie Policy applies to visitors, customers, account holders, creators, businesses, buyers, community members, and other individuals who access or interact with Serlzo.
It may also apply when you visit a page created by a Serlzo customer using our platform.
Where a Serlzo customer controls a page and determines which additional cookies are used, the customer may be responsible for providing additional information and obtaining any consent required by applicable law.
3. Why we use cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- maintain login sessions and authenticate users;
- operate and secure our websites, applications, and services;
- remember choices and preferences;
- process and verify transactions;
- detect fraud, abuse, and suspicious activity;
- provide customer support and live chat functionality;
- understand how people use Serlzo;
- measure website, product, and campaign performance;
- improve our services and user experience;
- personalise content and communications;
- measure advertising effectiveness;
- deliver relevant advertising and retargeting campaigns; and
- enable integrations and services selected by users.
4. Categories of cookies we use
4.1 Strictly necessary and session cookies
These cookies are required for Serlzo to function properly. They may be used to:
- keep you signed in,
- maintain your session,
- authenticate your identity,
- protect your account,
- prevent fraud and misuse,
- balance traffic and maintain platform availability,
- process requests, and
- remember cookie consent selections.
Because these cookies are necessary to provide the services you request, they may be placed without consent where permitted by applicable law.
Disabling these cookies through your device or browser may prevent parts of Serlzo from working correctly.
4.2 Analytics and performance cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors and users interact with Serlzo. They may collect information about:
- pages visited;
- features used;
- links selected;
- time spent on a page;
- referring websites;
- browser and device type;
- approximate location derived from an IP address;
- errors and performance issues; and
- how visitors move through our websites and applications.
We use this information to measure traffic, analyse product usage, identify problems, improve performance, and develop new features.
Where required by applicable law, we will only place analytics cookies after you provide consent.
4.3 Advertising and retargeting cookies
Advertising cookies and related technologies may be used to:
- deliver advertising that may be relevant to you;
- create advertising audiences;
- retarget people who have previously interacted with Serlzo;
- limit how often an advertisement is displayed;
- measure advertisement views, clicks, conversions, and campaign performance;
- attribute registrations, purchases, or other actions to an advertisement; and
- understand how users interact with Serlzo marketing campaigns.
These technologies may allow advertising providers to recognise your browser or device across different websites, applications, and services.
Where required by law, advertising and retargeting cookies will only be activated after you provide consent.
4.4 Customer support and chat cookies
We use customer support and chat technologies to help users contact us, receive support, access help resources, and continue previous support conversations.
These cookies may remember:
- whether you have opened the support messenger;
- previous support conversations;
- your session or account identity;
- support preferences; and
- interactions with help content.
Some support cookies may be necessary to provide a support feature you request. Other support or analytics cookies may require consent, depending on their purpose and the law that applies to you.
4.5 Payment processing cookies
Serlzo and its payment providers may use cookies and similar technologies to:
- securely process payments;
- verify transactions;
- prevent payment fraud;
- remember payment session information;
- comply with financial and regulatory obligations; and
- provide checkout and payment functionality.
Payment providers may act as independent controllers of information collected through their technologies. Their use of information is governed by their own privacy and cookie notices.
4.6 Functional cookies
We may use functional cookies to remember choices that improve your experience, such as:
- language
- region
- display preferences
- workspace selections
- previously entered information, and
- other account or interface preferences
Some Serlzo features may not operate as expected when functional cookies are disabled.
5. First-party and third-party cookies
Cookies placed directly by Serlzo are known as first party cookies.
Cookies placed by external service providers are known as third party cookies. These providers may collect information directly from your browser or device and may process that information according to their own policies.
The third party services used on Serlzo may include:
- Google Analytics;
- Google Tag Manager;
- Meta Pixel and Meta advertising services;
- TikTok Pixel and TikTok advertising services;

- Stripe;
- Paystack;
- Flutterwave;
- Cloudflare;
- YouTube;
- Vimeo;
- Google reCAPTCHA; and
- other infrastructure, analytics, customer support, security, payment, media, and advertising providers.
The presence of a provider in this list does not necessarily mean that every provider operates on every Serlzo page, application screen, or user created page. The providers used may change as we develop and improve our services.
6. Cookie information table
The following table describes the general categories of cookies that may be used through Serlzo. Specific cookie names and durations may vary depending on the domain, device, browser, location, feature being used, third party provider, and configuration selected by Serlzo or a Serlzo customer.

7. Cookie consent
Where required by applicable law, Serlzo presents a cookie consent banner or preference tool before placing non essential cookies.
Depending on your location and the Serlzo service you are using, you may be given options to:
- accept all cookies;
- reject non essential cookies; or
- manage individual cookie categories.
Strictly necessary cookies cannot normally be disabled through the consent tool because they are required to operate, secure, or provide the service.
Your selection may be stored in a necessary cookie so that we can remember your choice.
You may withdraw or change your consent at any time through the cookie preference tool where it is available. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
8. Serlzo mobile application
The Serlzo mobile application may use software development kits, mobile identifiers, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies rather than traditional browser cookies.
These technologies may be used for purposes including:
- account authentication;
- app security;
- crash reporting;
- analytics;
- customer support;
- performance measurement;
- payment processing; and
- advertising attribution.
You may be able to control certain mobile tracking permissions through your device settings, operating system settings, app settings, or consent prompts presented within the Serlzo application.
9. Customer-created pages
Serlzo allows customers to create and operate pages, websites, funnels, forms, storefronts, checkout pages, communities, and other digital experiences.
Serlzo customers may be able to add their own:
- analytics tools;
- tracking pixels;
- advertising technologies;
- tags;
- scripts;
- embedded content;
- custom code; and
- third party integrations.
When a Serlzo customer adds or configures these technologies on their own pages, that customer is responsible for:
- identifying the cookies and similar technologies used;
- determining whether consent is required;
- obtaining valid consent before placing non essential cookies;
- providing an appropriate cookie notice and privacy notice;
- maintaining accurate information about providers, purposes, and retention periods;
- allowing visitors to withdraw or modify consent where required;
- ensuring that consent choices are respected; and
- complying with all privacy, data protection, advertising, electronic communications, and consumer protection laws that apply to the customer and its visitors.
Serlzo does not control the independent purposes for which a customer uses customer added tracking technologies.
Questions about cookies placed by a particular Serlzo customer should be directed to the operator of the relevant page.
10. Embedded content and external services
Serlzo pages may include embedded videos, forms, media players, social media features, maps, widgets, payment interfaces, or other content provided by third parties.
Examples may include content from YouTube, Vimeo, Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, payment providers, or other external platforms.
These services may place cookies or collect information when you interact with the embedded content. In some circumstances, a provider may collect information even when you do not actively interact with the content.
The provider’s collection and use of information is governed by its own policies.
11. How long cookies remain on your device
Cookies may be:
Session cookies
Session cookies generally remain on your device only while your browser or application session is open. They are usually deleted when you close the browser or end the session.
Persistent cookies
Persistent cookies remain on your device after you close your browser or application. They expire after a defined period or when you delete them.
The duration of a cookie depends on its purpose, the relevant Serlzo feature, the provider that places it, and the applicable configuration.
We aim to retain cookies only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
12. How to manage cookies
You may manage your choices using the cookie consent banner or cookie preference tool made available on the relevant Serlzo service.
You may also control or delete cookies through your browser or device settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- view stored cookies;
- delete some or all cookies;
- block cookies from selected websites;
- block third party cookies;
- prevent cookies from being placed; or
- receive a warning before a cookie is stored.
Blocking all cookies may affect your ability to sign in, process payments, save preferences, or use certain Serlzo features.
Cookie controls differ between browsers, devices, and operating systems. Please consult the help or privacy section of your browser or device for current instructions.
13. Advertising preferences
You may be able to manage personalised advertising through:
- the Serlzo cookie preference tool;
- your browser settings;
- your device privacy settings;
- settings provided by the relevant advertising platform; or
- recognised industry advertising opt out services available in your region.
Opting out of personalised advertising does not necessarily mean that you will stop seeing advertisements. It may mean that the advertisements displayed to you are less relevant or are not selected using information collected from your activity.
14. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Some browsers and extensions transmit Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track, or similar preference signals.
The treatment of these signals varies by jurisdiction and technology. Where applicable law requires Serlzo to recognise a supported browser based privacy signal, we will process the signal in accordance with that law.
Because there is no universally accepted standard for all Do Not Track signals, Serlzo may not respond to every Do Not Track request in the same manner.
15. Legal and regional information
Serlzo provides services to users in multiple countries. The cookie and privacy rules that apply may depend on your location and the service you use.
United Kingdom
For users in the United Kingdom, our use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by applicable data protection and electronic communications laws, including the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. Where required, we obtain consent before using non essential cookies.

For users in the European Economic Area, our use of cookies and related personal data is governed by the EU GDPR and applicable national laws implementing electronic privacy requirements. We aim to process personal data lawfully, fairly, transparently, and only for appropriate purposes.

Users in other jurisdictions may have additional rights regarding cookies, behavioural advertising, personal information, or consent. Where local law provides stronger protections than those described in this policy, Serlzo will apply those protections where legally required.
16. Personal data collected through cookies
Depending on the cookie or technology used, the information collected may include:
- IP address;
- device identifiers;
- advertising identifiers;

- pages viewed;
- links selected;

- account or workspace identifiers.
For more information about how Serlzo collects, uses, discloses, protects, retains, and transfers personal data, please review our Privacy Policy.
17. International data transfers
Some of our service providers may process cookie related information in countries other than the country in which you live.
Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate measures to protect personal data transferred internationally. These measures may include contractual safeguards, approved transfer mechanisms, and assessments of the protections provided in the destination country.
Additional information about international data transfers is available in our Privacy Policy.
18. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect:
- changes to Serlzo products or services;
- changes to the cookies and technologies we use;
- changes to third party providers;
- legal or regulatory developments; or
